And on other news, Maggie Thatcher died today and it a full 10 minutes before I heard the first joke!! What's amazing is I was 10 and in junior school when she came to power, 21 and had left home and moved to London when she was forced to quit.! I really am a Thatcherite child lol...
Whilst I wasn't her biggest fan, my boss cracking open a bottle of champers to celebrate was below the belt.!
I was a Civil Servant of only a few days experience when Thatcher came to power so her tenure at No. 10 dominated my early working life.

Great shot, and sorry but we cracked a bottle of wine for her demise, not a popular figure in my neck of the woods.....I had friends in the pit villages and took part in the poll tax march...not a good time and still feeling the backlash of it to this day, ok soap box over.
I was 16 when Maggie came to power and I feel she played a major part in my early life. I won't cry for the loss, but nor would I open a bottle, but nor would I criticise those that do, she was truly divisive. I suspect Hillsborough may well dirty her name further as for her football was for the plebs. Sorry about Brentford Andy
