Asparagus with Poached Egg

Oh dear........ another food photo... And not a good one I'm afraid as I rushed to take a photo before too much yolk escaped..

It was a very nice late supper tho... Also made a mustard and mayo sauce (no hollandaise sauce to hand..)

I'm sure it were nice.
I did a job fer a guy who takes photos of food for newspapers (not high end stuff - all the other stuff!) and he said the clients were so full on about perfection on pics printed on newsprint about 4cm x4! Drove him bonkers.
