I'm sure I read somewhere that for long periods the posture they look like they promulgating in this image is actually quite damaging if used for long periods and that one that is more aligned with how you would be standing up is better, there again the article may have been in the Daily Express. I''ll see if mentioning it at my doctors appointment on Tuesday raises any hackles. He hates the Express with a passion because of it prematurely announcing miracle cures because it works on mice.
This justifies a Fav for laugh. However, there is a point in it. That is why a few offices in NZ promote standing up office with desks and chairs specially designed for standing,
