That Lightbulb Moment

Guess I should of dusted before I took this.!!

Work then a trip to the shops after meant it was getting late and I hadn't taken a snap for the day, so with nothing much to take, I was struggling for an idea when I suddenly had a lightbulb moment and the rest as they say.... Is history...

My knee is getting worse.. If I keep it in one position for more then a few minutes it locks and is a killer when I move.. No point seeing the Doctor now, so hope it improves before next week and I'll sort something out when I return from hols..

sorry to hear your knee is still playing up - my half marathon has had its curtains drawn on it as my hip is shagged! nice lightbulb!
