Looking across one of the many small docks that pepper the Thames - once a busy industrial scene, it fell out of use when ships became too large to head up the Thames, it is now a place where the rich moor their boats and the even richer live in swanky pads surrounding the dock..
Plans to head to Lincolnshire tomorrow to look at a property fell through when the vendor admitted he house is in the middle of a major flood plain and suffers quite a bt from damp... Shame as it looked quite a good investment prospect..
