Twenty second exposure using a wall as a 'tripod' looking across the Thames to some of London's new and old buildings... The Walkie-Talkie on the left and the Tower of London on the right
Lovely shot I must get out and do some night shots. Did you go to see the poppies? I wondered if they are flood lit at night as only seen during the day so would go back if they were
Walked past them but no pics as too dark - you're right tho, it might have been a good idea to light them up.. Keep
Meaning to pop there during lunch to get some shots..
Nice composition! You did well to find a wall to stabilise. I have a tripod but hardly ever use it. I prefer the freedom of hand holding but night shots need some degree of support ... Which is why I shy away from night shots. I feel a bit silly with the tripod ...
Great view...!
Nice use of the wall :)
I got a Joby Gorillapod in the end and I have been using it with my X100, and it's been the perfect combo.
I hope my new X-E2 goes ok on it, given it;s a bit heavier.
