I held my breath -------then exhaled

So - the other day there was a discussion about camera movement - I remember ICM - Intentional Camera Movement and something about panning...
but what do we call it when I was too lazy to get tripod so held camera tight against me while holding breath - only to exhale to early ahahahahaha???????
