Anatomy of a Sleepless Night

“I think insomnia is a sign that a person is interesting.”
― Avery Sawyer, Notes to Self
I think insomnia is caused by too much thinking even with the eyes shut which they are not here!

P.S. Can totally relate to insomnia. I go through many sleepless nights. Luckily better lately. Seems to come in waves, stages...probably when I am generally stressed out or worrying.

Sam
I live with an insomniac. He rarely gets more than 4 hours of sleep per night. I'm an early to bed and early riser. We are such opposites when it comes to sleeping patterns. So I feel your pain.........

Fabulous collage, sorry to hear you're not feeling so good. I seem to need less sleep these days.
November 2nd, 2014
god, Annie this could be me! I might borrow the idea one of these nights/mornings. So much to do and so little time, I feel you.
November 2nd, 2014
it is a cyclic thing with me... and also too much thinking about photography lol I like picking up the camera in the night, get some freaky stuff I would never post!!!
November 2nd, 2014
I wake up worrying about things and not being able to get back to sleep. If I don't have anything to worry about then I worry that there is nothing to worry about!
November 2nd, 2014
insomia is good, you get a lot things done. not when you're lying down though, that can give you a headache! :-)
November 2nd, 2014
Hmmm. The less sleep I get the less interesting I become.

I have been told that crush the garlic and drink it is an instant cure of cough. Never tried, but I trust the people who told me.
November 4th, 2014
Tart Cherry juice, that I tried, is working beautifully. I drink just before I go to bed (yummy) and sleep so well.
