I know if it starts to become a real nuisance I can rely on Graeme Stevens @graemestevens to remove it for me and by the look of his post for today gain some nourishment also hahahahaha

@gigiflower oh - my knee has been niggly for a while but two nights of netball, being on my feet all day at school and this humid weather have taken their toll - my knee has ballooned and is a tad painful
