egret or crane - one in the same

This is (to the best of my knowledge) a Great Egret, also known as the common egret, large egret or Great White Heron.
Spotted this one in the Adelaide River, Darwin
Love the lighting, Annie.

They are quite elegant birds. I think they are known as Great Egrets here in South Africa.
