Sydney Rowing Club

At Abbotsford ferry wharf - on this point sits Sydney Rowing Club - a lovely spot for lunch apparently - plan to find out in the near future. I used to row out of Sydney Women's Rowers - a shed around the corner - it has all been upgraded in the last 30 years.

Love the gorgeous grunge in this shot Annie, lots of interesting stuff to look at. Hope you're able to get back into rowing. I see lots of folks out on the Barwon, and the vast majority look like they enjoy the activity.

There are so many great spots for a picnic around the harbour. We saw a couple when we were there recently, but until you wander around local areas, you don't see them.

@annied Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear that. When I was OK in the body girls/women didn't row, or I was living in the bush. Now my undercarriage is totally RS and I've had two back ops too, I could row as much as I like. Bugger.

@phil_howcroft ha ha I love wharf pylons although nowadays they gave much less character. I framed it there on purpose 😆
