I love the Australian landscape. Maybe I am appreciating it even more because of the ugliness that is appearing around our city and suburbs. I hope to escape the ugliness in the hopefully not so distant future. This scene is west of Sydney in the area known as the Southern Highlands - a beautiful part of the world.
Gorgeous countryside. I love the Southern Highlands, but it gets rather too chilly in winter for me. I have a friend who lives at Mittagong and a cousin at Bowral. I will visit them in Spring.
Very appealing view Annie, so much better than urban stuff. I love living in Geelong, so much smaller than Melbourne. But it too is getting rather too many people for my liking.
