Potters Brewery and the Old Brickworks

Potters Hotel Brewery Resort is as rich in history as the wonderful Hunter Valley in which we are placed.

The first Brickworks were set up by Stephen Arthur Hennery and Mark Robinson. The site was approximately 10 acres and was chosen because of its clay deposits in the soil which were suitable for the making of bricks.
The middle and bottom photos are the old kilns - they are Heritage listed.

I've been there for a meal with our photo club.
