I have a couple of weeks easier and then the rest of the month full on so I am going with the theme Things Aussie for this month - that way I can draw on images that I have when times get tough!
As much as I love Aussie animals and could fill a month with photos of them I also love our bushland and Aussie Flora - so this week it's FLORA!
I love love love grevillea - Grevilleas come in all shapes from low growing ground covers, small shrubs and hedges, to tall trees. Their unique flowers in sunset shades attract native wildlife to feed on the sweet nectar. They are evergreen plants, with needle-like to fern-like foliage.
This shrub was beautiful against the sky with the sun shining. The birds loved it.
This is so pretty - we do not have anything like it here in Canada that I am aware of.
Love your PoV capture against the bright blue sky.
Since you are doing a month of Australia, I was going to give you an Australian theme challenge but changed my mind when I looked at your profile picture that has you holding a cigar.
So, your challenge is rather specific. I would like to see a B&W portrait of someone either holding or smoking the cigar. Would like to see smoke from the cigar in the shot as well.
Have fun!
