Cockatoo Island - all about the windows - 5

Cockatoo Island is the largest island in Sydney Harbour and was once a green domed island, much like the other natural islands in Sydney Harbour. Over time the island has been transformed and its sandstone carved to create workshops, docks and slipways to support maritime activity.
There are so many great windows and the light was great for reflections and some were great to look from inside out - so this week in this album I am focusing on WINDOWS!
perfect focus and contrast, glass made visible

Love this. It has an ethereal feel to it. I can just imagine a ghostly figure walking by 👻👻

@annied You're probably right. Unfortunately, we hardly ever get to Sydney though maybe we should make the effort. I have lifetime friends who live there whom I'd like to catch up with.
