Oh, Annie, it's a lovely shot but we in the UK have not really had much summer yet, and there's not a lot of time left for it to improve, so I have to echo @derekvickers comment above, but I take comfort in the quote under your title.
@wordpixman yes I shouldn't complain about our winter either - it has been mild and not overly wet - I just look forward to longer days and light into the night - the dark is depressing after a while
