I have played around a little - we were late getting started so I am hoping to have a few more goes over the weekend.
@annied When I lived in Sydney, my Mum used to collect funnel web spiders for their venom to give to the council. We had all these plastic containers over the front yard catching them as they ran out of their escape hole after the poison was flushed down there. No wonder I have an inane fear of bloody spiders!
Most spiders don't bother me, but very wary of redbacks and white-tails. We don't have funnel-webs thank goodness. BTW, love the way you've done this shot.
@gigiflower when they give the talk at the reptile park about collecting funnel webs they always direct it at the mums - blokes are wusses hahaha @golftragic I love redbacks Marnie - my daughter has kept a few in her time and they would be sat on my coffee table - I love watching them at feed time lol - as for the white-tail I was watching a program recently that said all the hype surrounding their bite is not actually true - but I keep my distance if I think I see one :)
