Stef was my get pushed partner this week - her first challenge was a b&w portrait, low key but I have a lack of willing models so she suggested perhaps a street shot of strangers.
I am a bit of a drive by shooter - saw this lass from down the street a bit.
Ha! Drive by 😃 I think she saw you. I often want to shoot people but am afraid if they see me they're going to be very unhappy. Walking back to the office last week, at the opposite end of the block I spied atough looking young man in football fan gear (potentially scary and probably not homeless) carrying a beautiful, delicate rosebud he'd clearly picked from a yard. I whispered to my friend and fellow 365 er, this guy up there, he'd make a great shot, I wish I had the nerve! When our paths finally crossed, he stopped me! He then looked at the rose, then at me again and smiled and said, this is for you. Have a beautiful day. 😊 That rose bud has lasted and by Friday, dried perfectly! I'll share a picture if it's still in my office next week.
