Get Pushed 563 Adamski 2

Felicity challenged me to an Adamski effect picture.
This was my second try - it is trickier when you have a person or object and it took me a bit to figure out with my version of PS.

@fbailey thanks for the challenge - it was tricky working on the person part at first and this image wasn't the best choice - I have a couple of others in mind if I get the chance.

It gave me a start and then I played around
