The gate edges form the "ll" in EllR
The little squiggle I didn't understand at the time is the 7 for 70
The 0 is formed by the jewel on the crown
The jewel looks like a head
The crown looks like angel wings
The gate "stops" are shepherds crooks
There may be more?
