If you are not familiar with breadboards, it's the white plastic thing in the middle. It's got holes you can plug electronic components into, so you can wire a circuit together with jumpers, rather than soldering anything. I also got it with a power supply add-on, that thing on the right edge, which takes either 12v or USB power, and supplies 5v and/or 3.3v to the breadboard's power rails.
I also ordered a little programmable single board computer and a tiny OLED display for it, which I should be able to wire up on this breadboard, for projects.
Shipping times from China are all over the place right now, so who knows when I'll get the rest of the stuff.
In this photo, I've just hooked it up to a 12v power supply to check it out.
