My new Space Marine is nice, but lacked paint detail. I gave his skull faced helmet a black wash to bring out the "skulliness". I also gave the plain black pouches a grey drybrush to show off the texture, and painted the snaps and tabs gold and silver. I painted a number of other bits here and there that were just the plain blue of the main body color. I gave him a light overall black wash to show off the panel lines a bit more. I'm sure all of the details I've painted in will hardly be noticeable in any future photos, but I'll know they are there.
