around our house, we've been counting down to this day for months! i pre-ordered little big planet 2 in august as a birthday gift for my boy, and it was supposed to be out in october. and then it was delayed. so sweet boy has been waiting for FIVE MONTHS for it to finally get here. he has been so patient, and i was so excited for him that i did something i never do--i drove myself up to his school and checked him out an hour early so he could go home and play! he was THRILLED!
Someone looks very happy. I had to Google to find out what the heck this was. Now i know. This project has brought new knowledge to me in many different areas.
@nikkers@trsers it is a great game for playstation. now, i am NOT a big fan of video games at all (my kids aren't allowed to play during the week--this was an exception!) but this one is very creative. besides the regular game play, they can make their own 'levels' for other players to play, so it's like they are creating a game themselves. the first edition was his absolute favorite game, and he already loves this one as well!
My husband works at Nintendo, and we only got the WII last year.
Avery got Mario Carts for Christmas , so now he has sports resort . sports and WII Music. and he has a DS with 2 games. He is really good that he self regulates .. he will play it for about half an hour and he is done..
He likes his PC games where he has to read and make things rather smash or kill anything. I know this will change soon , but I hope not..
I know a lady who has a nearly 5yr old boy and she lets him play Halo, I said while you have that game in your home and allow your son to play it. My boy wont be visiting.... can you imagine what it does to a 4 yr old playing Halo?? crazy!!
Wow, I can only imagine how excited Brock was to get it fianlly, and then to top it off, getting out of school early to try it out. What a great surprise.
I don't know what Little Big Planet is, but that puppet sure looks cool! Your little guy looks so happy :D what a sweet Mommy to get him from school early!
