pluteus libri

doesn't this look like some kind of celestial body? like perhaps the 'pluteus libri' galaxy?
well, VERY loosely (and very likely inaccurately!) translated from latin, 'pluteus libri' means book shelf. and today the bookshelves were installed--this is a close-up of the wood grain that i inverted.
it's quite possible that i'm going a little bonkers as i hope and wait for my house to get back to some semblance of normal...
