so. yesterday was track & field day for my boy. unfortunately, it was pouring rain, and the activities were moved into the gym. during one of the running events, my little athlete 'tagged' the gym wall a teensy wee bit too hard. and it hurt. bad. when it was still hurting today, we marched down to our ER doc friend so he could have a look. turns out it he has a slight radial-head FRACTURE! thankfully, after a little time in a sling he should be fine.
