one of the highlights of our colorado trip for my hubby was the denver triathlon--my eldest agreed to compete with him as a father's day gift. it was a sprint distance (800meter swim, 14mile bike, 5k run), and even though my son only really likes the bike portion he was glad he did it--and he was also really excited that he placed 3rd in the 19 & under age division! my husband couldn't stop smiling the whole time; he LOVED it!
