okay, sorry to john mellencamp for ripping off a line from 'jack & diane', but my boy is a big ol' star in my eyes! while his big brother has played many different sports since he was a pre-schooler, whenever i'd ask my little guy if he wanted to play (soccer, basketball, baseball, anything!) he responded with "no, kanks" (which is clearly little fella-speak for no, thanks). he's reluctantly played a few, but this is the first time he has played football, and the first time he's actually WANTED to join a team. and he LOVES IT!!
