at the JV game monday night, my typically unemotional eldest gets fired up (and maybe a teensy bit sarcastic...) when he sees his cheering section. beyond the usual parents, grandparents, and aunt & uncle, one of his cycling teammates and his family came to watch, complete with pom-pons and ready to cheer!! he was really touched that they came.
