all of our family gathered together in prayer before pop's surgery this morning. we prayed with complete faith that God knows exactly what He's doing and what is best. we looked forward with hope that God would protect and heal pop. and we love pop and each other because God so loved us each first. we also got to see His love demonstrated in all the friends that gathered with us through the day, and in how He did more than we could have asked or imagined through a better-than-expected outcome with the surgery. we are so grateful!
