Today was an extremely busy day, starting with breakfast at the historic Pike Place Public Market. They have everything from fish to flowers and I’ll be posting photos of the gorgeous flowers at some point. We took the monorail to the Space Needle and the Chihuly Garden and Glass art museum. The glass art installations were beyond incredible. I was lucky to get a photo of both in one photo.
great pic! I first saw Chihuly when Sunshine Honey Bee posted pics on ShutterCal - and when there was an exhibition at Kew Gardens I went down to London to see it. Amazing!
@anniesue yes I remember SHB and the photos she posted. In fact I think that was my introduction to Chihuly. Since then I’ve seen some small exhibits but nothing like I saw yesterday. 🤯
