I had to dig through my spices to find the pickling spices. I don’t use them very often, but I do use them for pickled eggs with Easter dinner. The spice mix is cinnamon, allspice, mustard seed, coriander seed, Bayleaf, ginger, clove, black pepper and cardamom.
