Pink Popcorn Take 1

For the baby shower I want to make pink popcorn which is basically popcorn which is coated with melted white chocolate (tinted pink of course). Tasted really good, didn’t look very pretty. My method will need to be fine tuned. Glad it wasn’t for the real thing.

what are you going to change in the process? [reminds me I did a whole pink buffet once!]

Well since you asked: 1. use more food coloring 2. Pop my own corn so it starts out white. store bought popcorn was yellowish and didn’t look nice with the pink. I would have liked to seen that pink buffet!
