We’ve been trying to sell Al’s father’s house for the past four months and we think we finally have a buyer. Hopefully everything will go smoothly and we can begin to wrap up his father’s Estate. Then we can worry about his Mothers Estate. Then maybe we can breathe a huge sigh of relief.
@seacreature thanks Desi.. They sure do. And nobody wants a house that looks like it was in a 1970's time warp and a non-functioning pool. Not that I can blame them.We had to drop the price drastically just to unload it.
