Apples to Applesauce

A very generous friend who owns an orchard gave us more apples than we could ever eat, so it was a perfect opportunity to make a batch of applesauce. The apples were Honeycrisp and Jonagold, a perfect combination of sweet and tart. I didn’t need to add any sugar at all. Just a little cinnamon.

@photographycrazy @narayani @seacreature thank you. That was something my kids and I used to do together when they were little. They loved to turn the handle on the food mill and I loved their help!
