Every year on the first Sunday of Advent our church has a special evening event. There’s crafts for all ages, carol singing, decorating the sanctuary and topped off by a potluck supper. Every year there is just sooo much food. This doesn’t even show the dessert table. But somehow we always manage to put a dent in it.
