@saarart Yes Sarah, it's part of a Callistemon or bottle brush flower. A native Australian shrub. Here's a better view of a different one.

@poggy1818 It is a part of an Australian native Callistemon Dana. It looks like a bottle brush and that's what it's common name is. Thanks for all you lovely comments too :)
