Cream for a Day

That's our Raspberry, 9 years young today, licking her birthday cream.

The sun is out today, glistening on a fresh skiff of snow, beautiful, but I'm sick of looking to be truthful. We're spending a quiet weekend, the funeral service for T's nephew is tomorrow, just an impossibly hard day.
