Frosty Edging by berelaxed

Frosty Edging

I got up very early to feed insistent Ms. Merry. I couldn't resist slipping out in my flannel L.L Bean bathrobe to snap a few shots of Jack Frost's work. He had carefully painted the edges of our copious fallen leaves and grass tips just outside the door. Brrr, it was 27degrees f/-2.7c, quite a change from our windows open Indian Summer warmth the last two weeks. Much more of this to come, but it's always beautiful to see a frosty lawn with glistening, frosty leaves.

For the Record,
This day came in very cold with clouds and sun. We've had a high wind warning for later in the day, but it seems pretty calm now.

All hands very wary
It was breezy when we walked at noon. Our rain and wind comes in this evening. You think the cold weather is here to stay this time?

@joansmor I think so, but one never knows these days. It's suddenly blowing a gale here.
