Her party is tonight, but T and I are not going to be safe for my surgery on Monday. At the moment I know 4 people with covid, all vaccinated. We did not give her this LOL doll, but she got many variations, I guess they are a hot item. She got puzzles, a bird feeder to make and paint and lots of summer clothes from us. We went over earlier before the guests arrived. I'm sad to mis her homemade pizza party, but Greg is bringing us some via the wooded path express.
I got a call from the surgical nurse, my surgery Monday is at 8:30 AM. I need to be there at 6:15, it's an hour and 40 minute drive, so we will leave at 4 or before. (Sound familiar, Memories4Me??) I'm glad it's early in the day, I'm worried enough without waiting all through the day. I wouldn't sleep much anyway I think!
For the Record,
This day came in gray and stayed that way. A hawk got a gray feathered bird, only feathers remain. I fear it could have been one of the catbirds. It's so hard to tell, I have seen one, but male and female are identical. If so, I am very sad.

Sweetie. Very understandable with COVID so rife. Was similar here with us knowing so many people with it. But it finally seems to be coming down a bit, the numbers.
