New beginings and a Happy New Year

As the word of the day is new/beginnings I went out into the garden , trying not to be seen !! as I am still in my housecoat -- not a very good image of me clutching my camera in the rain !!! Hope the neighbours did not see me --" the mad woman with the camera "!! ha,ha, !!But I managed to capture a new beginning as my daffodil bulbs are coming to life !
A lovely title and image. Happy New Year to you.

Happy New Year Beryl. I had to scurry out of the kitchen when one of our neighbours came round this morning (well early afternoon actually) and I was still in my nightclothes. The shame!

I'm definitely the mad woman with the camera around here. Nobody can see me when I'm in my back garden but the sunlight comes from the front of the house in the morning so I have to go out (sometimes with a coat over my nightie!!) to get the best morning shots!! Lovely promise of spring.
