@ch1ppy_m1nton -- No thank goodness -- no running water or other wise near us I took this photo aiming to the sun with my little pocket ( or rather handbag ) camera without a view finder and I couldn't see a thing on the screen !! -- it was point & shoot in the true meaning of the word

It's nice to see the photos of Shropshire and the River Severn. I'm always amazed by the awesome power of a river in flood. Nice photo!

Still plenty of water around. Is there a Victorian village museum near Ironbridge. I seem to think we went to one near there about 30 years ago. Can't remember the name of it though. Sad when the brain goes!!

Wonderful lighting!
January 11th, 2014
@onewing I know the feeling about the brain not functioning as it should -- Names is my downfall ! Yes there is the "Blist Hill Open Air Museum "Coalbrook Dale ,which is a mile or so out of Ironbridge that place has grown since you saw it 30 odd years ago !
January 11th, 2014
@beryl Blist Hill, yes that's it, thank you. I think a lot of places will have changed in the UK since we were last there. Haven't been back there for 20 years.
