No oomph at all today --I ache all over and have a high temperature -- been like this for a couple of days -- perhaps I should go to the Dr on Monday if I do not feel better by then !!!

Lovely shot of your pottery. Please get a check up Beryl as things will only get worse. (I had to call an ambulance for my husband the other night and they said I should have called them sooner They don't mind if its not necessary best to be safe than sorry)
