Do they catch the crabs on a piece of string with some crab morsel? A lot of work for something so small - little meat on them!

@maggiemae Yes that is the method employed -- not fishing for food -but for the fun of it ,as the little crabs are thrown back in I suppose they keep them in their buckets for a while to compete with their pals on . the number ,and the size of the catch !! Doesn't appeal to me one bit --I much rather daydream ,look around me and people watch !! lol !!
