Another dull day and I woke up with a sore throat and ear-ache -I had been really under the weather for a couple of days -- so much of this going around at the moment !! Just hope it will not get any worse ,as I have 2 apps today - a) a second blood pressure test - its a bit high ! b) a diabetes review with the Diabetic nurse ! What a delightful afternoon ahead !!

Much waiting Bout in waiting rooms I would think Beryl.......you could be catching more bugs too.......has to be done though but I expect you would have liked to stay in like me! Hope you passed with flying colours! Beautiful little bridge & the red leaves bring the whole thing to,life!
