@paulaw Thanks for asking Paula -- yes, still to carry on to try reducing the prednisolone , not so good a news re back pain -- Xray showed some of the joints in the lower vertebrae are not in line hence going to try physio !! With the next app with the rheumatologist in 6 months !
Good luck with that Beryl. Physio can have some good results so I hope it brings you some relief. I'm currently trying to reduce my Methotrexate dose and so far so good! Last time I tried a couple of years ago my symptoms returned with a vengeance so I was a bit nervous but fingers crossed!!
@beryl Ha ha certainly is. Just wish it wasn't so difficult to get things back under control when it all goes haywire!!! Hate the drugs but would be in a very sorry state without them!!!!
@paulaw I agree I tried to cut out the methotrexate as I hate the thought of all the side effects -- but it was a bad move , and took ages to get things under control again !
