Had a stop at the garden centre on my way home from my appointment at the Rheumatologist and saw these beautiful powerful coloured flowers -- I was tempted to buy a plant but declined as the autumn is not far away .!!
I had a pleasant meeting with the Rheumatologist -- he gently slapped my wrist for doubling the dose of steroids for a couple of days before my holiday without consulting him first !! ,and I have promised to behave in future !! He is a lovely man -- an Egyptian -- so we do have some language difficulties occasionally . !!! now girls don't get excited I only mean a lovely man in a professional way . He has told me not to try and reduce my steroid dosage until he sees me again . --happy that I am in less pain on this dosage but sorry that I can not do without them !

Such a pretty capture. I have RA (almost 20 years) and have done the exact same thing...sometimes we just have to do what we have to do...need to enjoy life :-)
