Soup of the day !

Had a hospital appointment this morning . then I called in the supermarket on the way home I fancied some vegetable soup for lunch -- so I made it from scratch in less than half an hour and thoroughly enjoyed it with a hot-buttered multi-grain toast .I simply love home made soups in the winter .
