My little Welsh Love Spoon is carved with a "wooden heart " and it hangs with my wooden star by my fireplace and is in constant view .
Another one of those days that slipped away through my fingers . My friend Pat called for our weekly chat and coffee . Then it was a trip to the Chemists at the supermarket to collect the prescription items they didn't have in yesterday !
In the afternoon a trip to town again to have the re-test for my glasses ! I hope the fit and prescription will be more accurate this time ! Now I have settled for the evening - feet up and TV on - Hope there will be something worth watching or I will be nodding off !
It's easy to nod off Zberyl specially if you've been out in the fresh air! Makes me think of Harry's mother, he used to get quite indignant as when he fell asleep in front of the fire she used to tell him it was all the fresh air! She never considered that he'd been up since the crack of dawn working hard milking cows etc seven days a week! Lovely welsh spoon, there is a story about them I think but I have forgotten! Hope your glasses are right this time...not had to pay for both I hope!
