Posting early today as I have an appointment at the orthopaedic hospital at Gobowen (on the Welsh border ) I go there biannually for a bone density scan . I am fortunate to have a friend who takes me there ,and after the hospital visit we treat our self to a lunch out , we might as well make a day of it !!
