A beautiful pink flower

Help - a senior moment - not for the life of me can I remember its name -- its quite a large bush laden with these flowers !! Thanks @wendtfrost for remining me of this flower's name - Cistus

A beautiful and sunny day again today This morning was spent in the hospital - First an app in the physiotherapy re exercises to strengthen my back ! and afterwards to the orthopaedic surgeon re my arthritic shoulder - the x-ray showed the wear and tear above the joint ( the replacement joint is OK ) But he suggests a keyhole surgery to clean the arthritic shoulder bones -- an to be reviewed in 6 months time !
From there I went to the supermarket for one or two groceries -- but found I had lost my keys ! - fortunately someone had handed them in . I was so relieved and came home for a much needed cup of tea and a sit down !! phew !!!

Its name has just come to me Beryl I think it is a cistus .Strange how they just pop into the head for no reason and not even thinking about it.

Just looked it up in my Book, and yes its Cistus, I don't grow it myself but it looks Beautiful Beryl...fav
